CURRENT SHIPPING INFORMATION

FREE standard shipping within Australia

International Shipping incurs a standard shipping fee based on weight class (up to 500g, 500g-1kg, 1kg-2kg)

We ship from Melbourne, Australia using Australia Post. All deliveries take place Monday - Friday. All orders placed Monday – Friday before 1pm (Australian Eastern Standard Time) will be shipped on the same day.

International customers please note: One Eighty Sportswear is not responsible and will not be held accountable for any specific import tax on goods. It is the responsibility of the customer to understand any potential costs associated with bringing items into their country.

Australia

‘Free Shipping’ orders

Shipping method is Australia Post eParcel Regular. Delivery is expected within 4-5 business days

‘Express Post’ orders  

Shipping method is Australia Post eParcel Express. Delivery is expected within 1-3 business days and has a standard fee of $15 per order.

Rest of World

We are currently shipping to the following countries: USA (mainland), Canada, U.K, Germany, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Belgium, Greece, New Zealand, Ireland, Russia, Croatia, Netherlands, Norway, South Africa, India, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Phillipines, Fiji. If your country is not listed then please contact info@oneeightysportswear.com.au and we will do our best to accomodate your needs.

Shipping method is Standard International eParcel with tracking depending on the country and delivery is expected within 6-12 business days.

Please note: Estimated international shipping times exclude any potential time spent in customs and may be subject to delay due to causes outside of Australia Post's control.Every day we are doing our best to improve the international shipping charges and these are subject to change at any point due to numerous circumstances which are beyond our control.

SHIPPING POLICIES

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products in some countries and these restrictions may not enable us to ship to you.

We will do our best to deliver an order by the date and/or times requested, however delivery times are estimates only and we will not be held liable for any delay in delivery whatsoever.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page.

Please provide us with accurate delivery details, as we cannot accept responsibility for an incorrect delivery due to incorrect details as provided by you.  If you provide us with incorrect delivery details: 

  • Your parcel needs to be redelivered or redirected, you will incur additional charges, or 

If the parcel is left at the wrong address we will not be able to recover the parcel so a new order will need to be placed by you, incurring full replacement costs.

Furthermore One Eighty Sportswear will not accept responsibility for returned parcels due to:

  • Left address/unknown
    Refused
    Unclaimed i.e. absent from your premises for an extended period of time
    Invalid or closed military designated unit or zip code
    Not located at address provided

 If your order is returned for any of the aforementioned reasons, One Eighty Sportswear will issue you with a store credit or refund to the value of your order not including any shipping & handling costs associated with your order.

Please know that all items returned for the above reasons are automatically returned to stock for re-ordering. 

While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over, or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.

Stated delivery times are industry averages. Delays may occur during holiday and peak periods or extreme weather conditions. Remote deliveries are subject to local transport schedules and may encounter extended delays.

If your order has not arrived within the allotted time, please contact the shipping company, using the reference number supplied to you.
